  Expedia Special Rate hotels- These offer specially negotiated rates on quality accommodation. The room booking is paid at the time of reservation. Additional costs (telephone, room service, bar fridge, etc) are payable by customer directly at the hotel. ESR hotels naturally do not carry any ‘No special promotions or coupons currently apply to this hotel’ reminder, and the wording ‘Expedia Special Rate’ can be found in the hotel description (click on ‘see rooms and rates’).

Note – Only Expedia Special Rate Hotels attract a Marketing Fee percentage of 10%, All Other Hotels attract the AUD$5 Flat rate. Most Hotels are Expedia Special Rate Hotels.

  GDS and Venere hotels - A credit card is required to guarantee these reservations against no-show or default. No debit is made by at the time of reservation (unless a deposit is specified). The price of the room and any additional charges must be paid by the customer directly at the hotel. GDS and Venere hotels can be identified by the wording ‘No special promotions or coupons currently apply to this hotel’

  Tailor- Made Packages - Flight + Hotel; Flight + Hotel + Car; Flight + Car

  Cars - Expedia rates include insurance, taxes and additional surcharge. Expedia will charge your card in full at the time of booking. Note – some additional insurances may be offered to the client on Pick Up.

  Activities - You can book: shows, panoramic tours, excursions and many events at reduced prices.
