Expedia would like to offer you the opportunity of becoming a member of the largest online travel booking service in the world and to earn commissions on airline, hotel, tailor-made packages, car hire and activities bookings.

  • Expedia offers substantial commission for air, hotel, tailor-made packages, car hire and activities bookings, at the same time guaranteeing your customers products of excellent quality at extremely competitive prices.

  • Our database of over 100,000 hotels throughout the world, will help you to easily and quickly find the best possible product for your customers. This database is continuously updated and expanded with the addition of 300 Expedia Special Rate hotels each month.

  • Our search engine allows you to check the availability of rooms and make bookings in real time. With our system you will also be able to view key information on the specific hotel (position, services available, room features, photographs), or other travel products or services that you book on behalf of your customers.

  • The only payment method accepted by Expedia is by credit card

  • Transactions performed via our site are protected by the security standards offered by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology.

Become a member

  • Membership of Expedia's Travel Agency Affiliate Program is subject to a one-off membership fee of AUD$100 which will be retained from the first Marketing Fee payment. (Currently waived for a limited period)

  • Once the contract has been accepted, you will be sent a Tracking Code beginning with “WA” allocated to your agency in order to access the website and begin to make reservations and accrue commissions

  • Commissions allocated for each booking are based on:

    • 10% for Expedia Special Rate hotels (ESR)*
    • 6% for Expedia Car
    • 10% for activities
    • 5% for GDS and Venere hotels (for departure dates before October 2010)
    • 1 % on flight
    • 5% on Tailor-made packages (flight+hotel, flight+car rental, flight+hotel+car rental). Note Minimum 3 night/3day Land Content

      * ESR Hotels are clearly Listed with “Expedia Special Rate” under the price.

  • The program is only open to Australian travel agencies.
